We have our own steel coating line that we can use not only to blast and coat sheet metal and profiles for the shipbuilding and offshore industries, but also to deliver blasted and coated steel cut to size.

We can blast steel sheets and profiles of more than three metres wide and coated with multiple twin-component shop primers that meet the strict requirements of IMO PSPC: International Maritime Organization +Performance Standard for Protective Coating.

We apply each coating in accordance with the data sheet supplied by the coating manufacturer. The layer thickness is measured during the production process. On request, a Coating Inspection Report is available that can be used in the Coating Technical File (CTF) for a project.
